If you are renting a property you are responsible for providing the Building Energy Rating (BER) for prospective tenants.

Leinster BER Services provides a full service to Landlords in the Wicklow and Dublin areas.

Our prices for BER certification are based on the size of the property.

                                     Apartments

                             One Bed                €190
                             Two & Three Bed    €200

                                        Houses

                             Houses                 €220

Houses over 3000 sq. ft. will be charged an additional €100 (inc. VAT) per 1000 sq. ft.

If you are an owner or manage multiple properties we would consider offering discounted rates dependant on the number of properties in question.
