If you are selling a property you are responsible for providing the Building Energy Rating (BER) for prospective buyers.
Leinster BER Services provides a full service to sellers in the Wicklow and Dublin areas. With each audit we will provide you with a report on how to improve the energy rating performance of your property. Taking the steps to improve the property's rating will improve the marketing of it to potential buyers.
Our prices for BER certification are based on the size of the property.
Apartments
One Bed €190
Two & Three Bed €200
Houses
Houses €220
Houses over 3000 sq. ft. will be charged an additional €100 per 1000 sq. ft.
